Review: When I reached out to Portland Chimney and Fireplace I knew my chimney pipes needed to be updated and hoped for an insert that would provide heat. When Louis Lee came out to do the estimate, he really cared about our needs as well as creating a fireplace that would add beauty and function to the home. Nile and Kenny were assigned to our job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were clean workers, cared about our home, and Nile is truly an artist of his craft. Watching every step of the process was incredible and awe inspiring. We had no idea that a fireplace could be so beautiful or that a company and crew would be so easy to work with. From the owner’s home visit to Desiree the project manager to the gifted crew of Nile and Kenny, I couldn’t be more happy than I am right now. Thank you so much!!!

Review: Very happy with the work provided by this company. We bought a house with three fireplaces that were in need of love. Steven and Duck did repairs to two old chimneys, added caps, rebuilt one firebox and repaired another, installed a gas log set, gas insert, and wood burning gas assist and they did an excellent job. Great communication with them, happy to have them in the house, and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. Will have them back for any further work on the property. Review: I have worked with several companies the last few weeks for different repairs and my experience with Portland Fireplace and Chimney was by far the best. First, I appreciated that they didn’t have to first know which model fireplace I had to work on it. Second, I really valued the upfront communication and follow-through in scheduling. Finally, the technician was professional and helpful. I was happy to have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy here. Review: We reached out to Portland Fireplace & Chimney for an inspection & recommendations for our 70 year old chimney & fireplace. They were very quick to respond & Mike Keller the technician who came out to do the inspection was absolutely AMAZING. He was super thorough and explained everything he was doing and his findings in great detail! It was sooo educational and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this company & Mike!!… thank you so much!!.. We look forward to working with their team to do some much needed repairs & an eventual upgrade and installation of a fireplace insert to warm & delight our home for years to come.
