Review: We chose BRIDGETOWN to do our chimney repair and gas fireplace insert because they were local (really local, 3 blocks away), and it was a choice that served us well.Every step of this project was made easier by their friendly professionalism, especially by Ryan, the good-natured tech who did the installation and recent adjustment needed just ahead of an impending cold snap.The original install six months ago was easier than I had expected. Ryan was clean and neat in his work and friendly and helpful with instructions on the use of the nee insert.I give BRIDGETOWN and Ryan an A+.

Review: Put in new gas log set for me last fall and did some maintenance on my chimney. Great work and left the place spotless. The team was very professional and courteous. Answered questions I had about lighting the pilot light a year later and couldn’t have been nicer. Would recommend without question.

Review: We had a great experience with Bridge Town. I reached out via phone to schedule an estimate for masonry repairs as well as for any other repairs needed after inspecting our two indoor fireplaces. I called right before Thanksgiving and was scheduled within a week. David was very thorough with the inspection, checked all parts of our chimney and answered my questions in a way I could understand. He went over what repairs needed to be done in order of importance/safety, average price ranges, and suggestions for the two fireplaces. After the visit I had a good understanding of what was going on with the chimney and what my options were. I really think he went above and beyond. We didn’t end up accepting the bid but would recommend just based on our experience with the scheduling and estimate.

Review: We’re very happy with the this contractor from estimate through execution and trouble shooting. Estimate was thorough and professional. Work looks great and was completed fully in a timely and friendly manner by the entire crew.We had some trouble starting our fire and David was kind enough to troubleshoot the issue with a tutorial. He even split some wood! Very unexpected in the nicest possible way.
