Review: Josh is an honest man. He inspected the chimney and said we didn’t need a sweep and our chimney was in tip top shape. He only charged less than half of the original price quoted for the inspection

Review: I highly recommend Tip Top Chimney Sweep. They are very professional, courteous, have extremely competitive rates and they are one of only a handful of CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) certified chimney sweeps in the Portland area.They installed two custom made chimney caps and waterproofed my chimneys at an extremely good rate and with excellent results. Tobias, the owner, is easy to work with and is punctual and did not charge me a fee (like a lot of other places do) to provide an estimate.Services: Chimney repair & restoration, Rain cap installation

Review: An honest chimney sweep company . Josh came, evaluated the chimney and fire box,and wrote a brief report. Then cleaned out the fire box and was on his way. Fair price and good communication. I didn’t require a sweep.

Review: I saw a Tip Top Chimney Sweep vehicle parked at my neighbor’s house and stopped to inquire about their services & obtained a business card from Mike (technician). Shortly after this pleasant encounter, I scheduled the sweep and Tobias (owner/operator) and Mike arrived promptly as scheduled. Tobias is genuine, sincere, and quite knowledgeable about his craft & trade. After an inspection he cleaned (2) chimney boxes and flues at a very reasonable price. We were impressed with his service, integrity, and value. I would absolutely recommend his service to any home owner seeking consultation on their chimney. It is a pleasure to patronize a business where the owner & operator is also the one performing the work as well. You will be pleased with the service & value they provide.

Review: Tobias was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a wood burning stove before and he took the time to show me how my specific one works. He even waited while I drew a cheat sheet as he was explaining what does what. Using my stove like a champ now. Plus gave me contacts for any other needs I had.
